Rachakonda: On 17.12 2021 at morning hours, acting on specific information, the sleuths of Special Operations Team (SOT), LB Nagar Zone along with Police of Vanasthalipuram Police Station apprehended ten interstate drug peddlers by the name; Shivan Krishnan(47) of Thrissur District, Kerala, Angadi Upender(46) of Secunderabad, Telangana, Santosh Lalji Baranwal(44) of Mumbai, Maharashtra, Tejas Kumar(36) of Mumbai, Maharashtra, Mohmood Shameer(35) of Mallepur, Kerala, Hareesh Pookkutty(31) of Kannur district, Kerala, Sumesh(30) Thrissur district of Kerala, Shaik Zilani(25) of Visakhapatnam District, AP, Adigela Prakash(23) of Visakhapatnam District, Andhra Pradesh and Noolu Paul Daniel(24) of Visakhapatnam District, Andhra Pradesh and seized 240 Kilograms of Ganja, 1 Lorry, 1 Ertiga car, 1 Swift D-Zire car, Net cash of Rs.8,00,000/- and 19 mobile phones, all worth about Rs.90,00,000/- from their possession.
A case was registered at Vanasthalipuram Police Station of Rachakonda Police Commissionerate. The absconding accused is Subba Rao(32) who is the Main Source for supplying the Ganja.
