Rachakonda: In view of Police Commemoration Week, a 100km Cycle Rally was conducted by Rachakonda Police from Saroornagar Indoor Stadium to Bibi Nagar covering all the three zones of LB Nagar, Malkajgiri, and Bhongir.
Mr. Mahesh Bhagwat IPS flagged off the cycle rally. Additional CP Rachakonda Mr. Sudheer Babu, Mr. Sunpreet Singh IPS DCP LB Nagar, Ms. Rakshita K Murthy IPS DCP Malkajgiri, Mr. Narayan Reddy, DCP Bhongir, Mrs. K.Shilpavalli DCP Admin, Mr. Srinivas DCP Traffic, Mr. Shameer, Mr. Lakshmi Narayana Addl DCPS CAR participated in the rally.
While 23 civilians have participated in the rally, 119 police personnel also participated in the rally. Out of the total 142, Mr. G Thirupathi, Mr. R Venkatesh Inspector Cyber Crimes, and Mr. I Krishna Mohan completed the circuit ahead of all. DCP Mr. Narayan Reddy, Inspectors Mr. Ramarao (AR), Mr. Parthasarathi (CCS), and Mr. Sridhar(IT Cell) have completed the circuit. CP Rachakonda while addressing the media stated that the rally was conducted in memory of the Police martyrs and congratulated all the participants and awarded them with certificates.
