Rachakonda : On 28.1.2023, sleuths of LB Nagar Police station nabbed an habitual bike offender at LB Nagar X Road who used to commit theft of the bikes from various places in Rachakonda Commissionerate and other places and recovered 9 different two wheeler vehicles worth Rs. 5,00,000/-. A case was registered at LB Nagar Police Station, Rachakonda. Details of the arrested accused:Gaddam Hussain Reddy(44) S/o Late Nagi Reddy, occ: Hydraulic crane driver, R/o Banagaripalle, Nandyala Dist, Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh. The Police recovered the following vehicles which were registered at the following Police Stations. Vehicle bearing Registration number TS 07 GL 0266 which was registered at Chaitanyapuri Police station, Rachakonda.

On 23.01.2023 at 1200 hours on receipt of complaint received from Miss. Saurvee Bedarker, Occ: Final Year MBBS Student at Kamineni Hospital, R/o Sri Sai Nagar Colony, LB Nagar stated that on 18.1.2023 in noon hours, she parked her White Honda Activa Bearing registration No. TS 07 FL 1874, in front of Kamineni Hospital Main Gate, LB Nagar and went inside the hospital. On return she found her bike was missing and suspected that some unknown persons committed theft of the same. Brief history of the accused: The accused Gaddam Hussain Reddy studied upto 4th. standard and was working as Hydraulic Crane driver at his native place and he is having experience of selling second hand vehicles. He was addicted to bad vices so that he was unable to meet the expenses with his hard earned income. So he hatched a plan to commit theft of the Bikes from various places in Rachakonda commissionerate and Undavelly area of Gadwal District. He committed theft of 9 bikes and made a plan to dispose off those bikes for wrongful gains. Previously he was arrested in Cr.No. 220/2015 U/s 379,511 IPC of Jadcherla Police Station. Mahaboobnagar District.
Modus operandi: He uses false key to open lock of Motorcycle and preserved those stolen vehicles to sell out the same to the needy customers, as he is having the experience of selling the second hand vehicles. The arrest was made under the supervision of Mr. Devendra Singh Chowhan, I.P.S., Commissioner of Police, Rachakonda and under the guidance of Mrs.B. Sai Sree. DCP LB Nagar Zone and under the directions of Mr. P Sreedhar Reddy, Asst. Commissioner of Police, LB Nagar Division, by Mr. B Anji Reddy, Inspector of Police, Mr. B Upender Rao, Detective-Inspector of Police, Mr.R.Narender, DSI and Crime Staff of LB Nagar All are suitably rewarded.
