Telangana, Rachakonda: Under the direct supervision of Shri G. Sudheer Babu, IPS, Commissioner of Police, Rachakonda, and the meticulous guidance of Shri Ch. Praveen Kumar, IPS, Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), LB Nagar Zone, the Meerpet Police successfully cracked the mysterious missing case, which was later confirmed as a brutal homicide. The case was diligently investigated by Shri B. Koteshwara Rao, Additional DCP, LB Nagar Zone, and Sri P. Kasi Reddy, Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP), Vanasthalipuram Division, whose strategic oversight played a crucial role in uncovering the truth behind the crime.
The investigation was executed with precision by a dedicated team led by K. Nagaraju, Inspector of Police, and Y. Gowru Naidu, Detective Inspector (DI), along with the relentless efforts of Sri K. Sudhakar, Sub-Inspector (SI), and M. Rajashekhar, SI, who worked tirelessly to solve the case. Their methodical approach included analyzing technical evidence, scrutinizing CCTV footage, interrogating the suspect, and gathering forensic proof to establish the sequence of events.
Through their unwavering commitment, the team not only resolved the missing case but also ensured the arrest of the accused, Putta Guru Murthy, leading to the legal reclassification of the case under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). Their exceptional investigative skills and dedication to justice were highly appreciated by the Commissioner of Police, and in recognition of their commendable efforts, they may be recommended for suitable awards.
