Rachakonda: The Rachakonda Police has an accumulation of 559 abandoned and unclaimed vehicles of various types and makes which are pooled at the parade ground CAR Headquarters, Amberpet. It is proposed to dispose of these vehicles by way of public auction, as empowered Under Section 22 (1) (a) to (0) and 22 (2) (a) and (b) and 22 (3) of (No. IX) of Rachakonda, R/w Act 7 of Cyberabad and section 40 & 41 of Hyderabad City Police Act 1348.
Any person having any objection or ownership interest in any of these vehicles may file an application before the Additional DCP CAR Headquarters, Rachakonda Police Commissionerate, and claim the vehicle within a period of 15 days from the date of note release, failing which the vehicles will be auctioned.
The details particulars of vehicles available with the Addl. DCP CAR Headquarters Amberpet, Rachakonda Police Commissionerate, and on the official website of Rachakonda www.rachakondapolice.telangana.gov.in (other service-abandoned vehicles list-2021). The claimers may personally inspect the vehicles with the prior permission of the Addl. DCP CAR, Headquarters Rachakonda at Amberpet Parade ground CAR Rachakonda on any working day.
