Rachakonda: Rachakonda SHE-Teams booked 40 cases of which 13 FIRS, 19 petty cases and 8 counseling caseswere done against eve teasers in the last four weeks and apprehended 44 respondent eve teasers, out of 25 majors and 19 minors. The respondent eve-teasers have attended the counseling session conducted by Rachakonda SHE teams, at the Commissioner Camp office. Alkapuri X roads. LB Nagar, along with their family members and they are counseled by the professional counselors from the Bhumika Women’s Collective (NGO). Children in conflict with law were also counseled by professional psychiatrist Dr.Vasavi to bring change in their behavior.

This is case of Rape on minor girl by introducing through Instagaram
One minor girl is residing in Hayathnagar area. The Accused Rai Sravan(22) S/o Ravi of Ranga Reddy district sent a message as hai to the victim Instagram account from his Instagram account, since then the accused started following her account. Since then the accused used to chit-chat with her through his Instagram account, during their conversation the victim revealed her name and address, as the victim girl was a minor girl, the accused had an eye on her to fulfill his sexual desire with her on the pretext of love. After few days the accused took her phone number and he used to call her and chit-chat, sent messages to her. During their chatting, the accused proposed her that he loves her and he wanted to marry her, then she believed. Taking as this advantage in the month of January-2022 he took her to his cousin’s room near Gandhi Statue lane, Hayathnagar then he participated sexual intercourse with her on the pretext of love and marriage. Her father noticed their chatting and abusive messages and videos in her Whatsapp/mobile phone and asked her about it and admonished her. Later on her father’s complaint registered a case at Hayath Nagar Police Station and the accused was arrested and remanded.
This is a case of harassing and misbehaving by a RTC Bus conductor.
One house wife resident of Nacharam on 5.6.2022 at 8.45 am she boarded an RTC bus at Habsiguda to go Nacharam. While on the way, the bus conductor, SyedAmeen (40) of Secundrabad while distributing bus tickets intentionally touched and misbehaved with her. Immediately she reported through our Whatsapp group and our Malkajgiri She team immediately attended the call and caught hold of the conductor Syed Ameen (40), of Secundrabad. On her complaint registered a petty case at Nacharam Police Station.
DECOY Operations by the SHE teams:
Bhongir Team: On 16.6.2022 SHE Team Bhongir conducted decoy operations in the Bhongir town and apprehended three minor boys who were creating nuisance and eve teasing girls by making indecent songs. Hence the boys were counselled.
Choutuppal Team
On 3.6.2022 SHE Team have conducted decoy observation and operation at Bus Stop area, Choutuppal and found the respondent Masamoni Satheesh S/o Mallesh(20) of Ranga Reddy district while passing comments and teasing the girls. Hence a petty Case was booked at Choutuppal Police Station.
On 15.6.2022 SHE Team Choutuppal have been conducted decoy operation in the Choutuppal area and apprehended three minor boys who were creating nuisance and eve teasing girls by making indecent songs. Hence the boys were counseled.
Ibrahimpatnam Team
On 15, 16 of June-2022 SHE Team Ibrahimpatnam conducted decoy operations at Ibrahimpatnam area and caught four minors while roaming unnecessarily and eve teasing girls in the Ibrahimpatnam area. Hence the minors were counseled.
Malkajgiri Team
On 20.5.2022 SHE Team Malkajgiri have conducted decoy operations and observations at Ghatkesar bus stop and apprehended four minor boys who are roaming in the area, creating nuisance and eve teasing girl students. Hence the boys were counseled.
Vanasthalipuram Team decoy Operation
On 30.5.2022 SHE Team Vanasthalipuram have been conducted operations at Vanasthalipuram area and apprehended two minor boys who were creating nuisance and eve teasing girls by making indecent sings. Hence the boys were counseled.
SHE Teams conducted Decoy operation and observation in Metro trains and caught 9 persons who intruded into the ladies compartment and were fined by the metro station master.
Child marriages were prevented by SHE teams Rachakonda
Rachakonda SHE teams under the Leadership of Mr. Mahesh M Bhagwat, IPS, Commissioner of Police, Rachakonda and with the cooperation of the Self-help groups awareness programs were taken up by the SHE Teams Rachakonda to bring awareness among the common people in Prohibition of Child Marriages. In this awareness programs the SHE Teams Rachakonda made the public to understand the problems of child marriages and the child marriages alarming in rural areas. As a success of the above awareness programs in the last one month Rachakonda SHE Teams Stopped 3 child marriages by Choutuppal SHE Team. Ibrahimpatnam Team 1 and as on today a total of 148 Child marriages were stopped at Hotspots like Metro train/junctions/ Bus stops/Working Places and colleges of the Rachakonda area. All were booked under petty cases/FIRs and counseled by professional counselors of Bhumika Women’s collective in the presence of their family members. Minors will be counseled by Chief Consultant Psychologist.
Vanasthalipuram 1
Rachakonda SHE Teams and rescued 148 minor girls from Social evil such as child marriages which were planned to be performed at different places by their parents.
In addition to the above, in the last eight weeks total 44 Eve teasers were caught by Rachakonda SHE teams in decoy operations and through WhatsApp/SMUC complaints from different areas of Rachakonda while they were teasing girls at different places.
