Raigarh: On 18.01.2020, Mr. Krishnakant Singh, Inspector who is in charge of the police station received a piece of information from his active informant that a person in the village Konpara is looking for a customer for motorcycle sale.
The Gharghoda police station in-charge sent the Chief Constable Mr. Ashiq Ratre and Constable Mr. Uddhav Patel from the police station. There they came across a suspicious person with a deluxe motorcycle without number. On interrogating him he revealed to them that his name is Omprakash Pankera father’s name is Rajaram Pankera, his age is 21 and is a resident of village Keshla under the police station limit. Meanwhile, a person of the village informs the Gharghoda police about a motorcycle being hidden in a house of Sanjay Pankera aged 22, a resident of Nawapara Gharghoda father’s name is Ravi Pankera from Ward No. 9 on which Gharghoda police went to the house of accused Sanjay Pankera and recovered the stolen motorcycle HF Deluxe CG 13-AG / 2890 of the said stolen motorcycle.
In connection with the crime, a case was registered at the Gharghoda Police Station with number 134/19 under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Sanjay Pankera, the accused in the said crime, has been arrested and sent to judicial custody. Omprakash Pankera has also been arrested.
