Chhattisgarh, Raigarh: During routine patrolling in Indira Nagar, the Kotwali police stopped and searched two individuals traveling on a motorcycle. Upon inspection, the officers discovered a total of Rs.22.5 lakh in cash in their possession. When questioned about the source and purpose of the money, the suspects were unable to produce any valid documents or provide a satisfactory explanation regarding the cash. As a result, the police seized the entire amount for further investigation, following due legal procedures.
