<![CDATA[AHMEDABAD: In what is explained as being a way of dealing with the increase in crime,police officials in Ramol police resorted to the "Saurashtra way" of dealing with the issue. On Monday morning, Ramol Police paraded two persons accused of robbery on the streets with their hands folded. This is the second such parade in the city. In February, four persons accused of attacking Police Personal were tied up and paraded through the streets of Raikhad. These incidents have put a question mark on the conduct of police personnel. Inspector of Ramol Police Station, Mr.K S Dave, told this was the only way to instil a faith in police among the public and put fear into the accused so they refrain from such activities.]]>
