With the desire for a lavish lifestyle, he planned to commit property offenses. Since 2022, he began committing property offenses with the help of other accused individuals. He was previously arrested by Medipally Police Station and sent to Cherlapally Jail. However, upon release, he resumed his criminal activities along with Sambaiah and four CCL boys. In April 2023, according to their plan, Rapolu Krishna Chandu, Sampangi Sambaiah, and others committed seven property offenses within the limits of Medipally Police Station. They kept the stolen gold and silver ornaments in their houses for later disposal and spent the cash on a lavish lifestyle.

Janaki IPS, DCP Malkajgiri Zone, and Mr. P.Naresh Reddy, ACP Malkajgiri division, conducted relentless and dedicated efforts. Acting on credible information, on the morning of July 10, 2023, the team successfully apprehended the accused persons, Rapolu Krishna and Sampangi Sambaiah, along with the stolen goods, bike, and auto. These individuals were involved in a total of seven property offenses, and a significant recovery was made, including 25 tulas of gold, silver articles, the auto, bike, and burglary tools.
