Thrissur Rural: Ijaz, also known as Dudu, of Panickavitil Veedu, Koorikuzhi Desam, Kaipamangalam Village, who is listed as a rowdy by the Kaipamangalam Police Station, has been ordered to be remanded in custody for one year under CAPA by Hon. Thrissur Rural District Police Chief Dr. Navneet Sharma IPS. The order was issued by Hon. Thrissur District Collector, VR Krishna Teja IAS. Currently on remand in Viyyur District Jail for a case handled by the Kaipamangalam Police, Kaipamangalam Station SI and his team registered the arrest at the jail and subsequently transferred him to Viyyur Central Jail for the remand. Ejaz, also known as Dudu, is an accused in multiple criminal cases in Thrissur district.
