Tamil Nadu, Tirunelveli, April 7: A comprehensive review meeting was conducted at the Tirunelveli District Police Office under the leadership of District Superintendent of Police N. Silambarasan, I.P.S. The session focused on assessing ongoing investigations, clearing pending cases, and enforcing stringent measures against the smuggling and sale of narcotics, including ganja and tobacco products.
Prior to the meeting, the Superintendent of Police inspected various vehicles used by the district police force, stationed within the office premises. During the event, certificates of appreciation were awarded to 113 individuals—including police personnel and government advocates—in recognition of their commendable service.
