Tuticorin: Tuticorin District Superintendent of Police Dr. L. Balaji Saravanan gave computer advice. 75 heirs of police and ministry officers who got married while on duty in Thoothukudi district have been appointed and trained as Information Registration Assistants/Receptionists on compassionate basis by the Government of Tamil Nadu and have been trained in all police stations. The District Superintendent of Police provided computers provided by Tamil Nadu Government to all the police stations in Thoothukudi district so that the above trained receptionists can record the information about the complaints and complainant details through the computer and bring them to the attention of the higher officials for taking appropriate action. He gave instructions to be kind to the public.
