Thiruvarur: On July 8, 2024, Thiruvarur District Superintendent of Police Mr. S. Jayakumar, M.Sc. (Agri), inaugurated a newly constructed playground at the Mannargudi Sub-Division Government Police Residential Area. This initiative, undertaken by the police, aims to improve the health of children, youth, and the elderly. Additionally, a “Children’s Forum” was launched to benefit both boys and girls. The event was also attended by Additional Superintendent of Police (Headquarters) Mr. T. Easwaran and Deputy Superintendent of Police, Mannargudi Sub-Division, Mr.A. Aswath Ando Arogyaraj.
