Punjab, Bathinda: In an effort to promote child safety and awareness, the Bathinda Police, under the “Saanjh Jagriti Program,” organized a comprehensive educational session for students at Government Primary School, Basti No. 2/3, Bir Talab, Bathinda. The program aimed to instill a deeper understanding of personal boundaries among young students by addressing sensitive yet essential topics around safety. Officers guided the children through recognizing and understanding the concept of “good touch” versus “bad touch,” using age-appropriate language and examples. The initiative empowered the children with the knowledge and confidence to identify uncomfortable situations, teaching them how to respond assertively to ensure their safety and seek help if needed.
