Karnataka : As a symbol of communal harmony, Sadbavana Day was celebrated with an oath taking ceremony at the District Police Office at Champion Reefs in the Kolar gold mining area on Thursday morning.
In the acceptance ceremony of the Sadbavana Day, he pledged to work for the spirit and harmony of all the people of India, irrespective of caste, religion, region, creed or language. It was also promised that all our grievances, whether individual or collective, would be resolved through consultation and constitutional measures without resorting to violence.
Assistant Administrator G. Vishwanath, police inspector Dayananda, wireless inspector Naveen, PSI Nagappa Khanapura and other officials and clerks of the district police office were present.
