Sambalpur: The Superintendent of Police, Sambalpur Dr. Kanwar Vishal Singh, IPS told that essential services like grocery, vegetable markets, etc. will remain open daily from 7 AM to 12 Noon only. After that only exempted/ medical shops will remain open and other shops will be completely shut down. Don’t violate lockdown.
