Over the course of the previous 24-hour period, a joint effort involving the State Police and Central forces was initiated to conduct thorough search operations in areas deemed vulnerable and situated on the fringes of both the valley and hill districts. These concerted efforts resulted in the successful demolition of three bunkers that posed potential threats.
In a bid to enhance security measures, an impressive total of 122 Check points were strategically positioned throughout various districts of Manipur, encompassing both the hill and valley regions. These Check points acted as pivotal checkpoints to monitor and regulate movement, ensuring a heightened level of surveillance and control in the state.
As a testament to the effectiveness of these operations, a significant number of 456 individuals were apprehended and detained across different districts of Manipur for their involvement in various violations.
