Chennai: Mohammad Usman (50), a native of Uttar Pradesh, has been working at a chicken biryani shop in Periyamed near Central for the past seven years. In this situation, a person came to his shop in the evening to buy biryani. After buying the biryani, he said that he had only 90 rupees and that he should keep this money and give the biryani. But Mohammad Usman, a shop worker, said that the price of biryani is Rs.100 and it cannot be given for Rs.90. Due to this, the person who came to buy biryani got into trouble with the shop employee Mohammad Usman. The person who came to buy the biryani got angry when the shop employee Mohammad Usman said that he cannot give biryani for Rs.90.
Also, he took the knife he had hidden and cut the nose of the shop employee, Mohammad Usman. Further he has created trouble by threatening the people there by cutting Muhammad Usman’s stomach, hand and other parts and further threatened the people there to give him biryani. The public immediately informed the Periyamedu police. The Periyamedu police reached the spot on the information and took the person who assaulted the employee to the police station and investigated. This incident has created a stir in Periyamedu area.
