Under the vigilant gaze of law enforcement, a truck laden with contraband was intercepted. The painstaking search that ensued revealed a staggering 117 sacks, containing a total of 2407.1 kg of illegal powdered poppy, concealed within the vehicle’s confines.
But the haul didn’t end there. In a testament to the thoroughness of the operation, authorities uncovered a cache of Rs.1,08,600 in cash, indicative of the illicit profits reaped from this nefarious trade. Furthermore, an XUV car, suspected to have been utilized for reconnaissance purposes, was impounded, adding another layer to the intricate web of criminal activity being dismantled.
