Sikkim: The Sikkim Police, acting upon the information, spotted one vehicle b/n SK01T/5608 Alto that was parked near a fast food at Setipool in a suspicious manner. As the police made the search they identified the driver of the vehicle as Saran Diyali, 31yrs, son of B.B.Diyali, resident of Ranipool and the occupant Mahendra Gurung aged 31 son of Sabir Gurung, resident of Tambutar, Ranipool, on checking the vehicle led to the recovery of 55 and 22 numbers of loose Winspasmo capsules respectively.
Making a further search of the vehicle led to the recovery of 35 files of Winspasmo forte capsules. The contraband substances were seized and the above-named persons were arrested. A case has been registered under relevant sections of law.
