Siliguri: On 30.7.2021 morning, acting on secret information, the Police team of Matigara Police Station apprehended two drug peddlers namely Mohan Singh (25) and Joseph Pariyar alias Akash (M/24) at Sishudangi, Near Panchanoi Bridge, Matigara Police Station, Siliguri.
On search 65 bottles of Lykarex and “Corex” Cough Syrup was seized from their conscious possession.
A specific case under the relevant sections of the NDPS Act has been registered against the two arrested accused persons at Matigara Police Station.
Both the accused persons have been presented before the Ld Court today. Necessary follow-up actions are being taken.
