Siliguri: Yesterday afternoon, the Special Operation Group of SPC with the assistance of Bagdogra Police Station apprehended one Abdul Rouf Biswas of Narayanpur, Kaliachak Police Station, Malda at Panighata More under Bagdogra Police Station and recovered/seized 850 grams of Brown Sugar from his exclusive possession.
The value of the seized Narcotics is Rupees One Crore Seventy Five Lakhs.
A specific case has been registered at Bagdogra Police Station under the relevant sections of the NDPS Act and is being investigated.
