Siliguri: A coordination meeting with different Puja Committees under Siliguri Police Commissionerate was held today at Shivam Palace, Siliguri.
The meeting was chaired by Mr. Gaurav Sharma IPS, CP Siliguri Police Commissionerate.
DCP HQ, DCP East, DCP WEST, DCP Traffic, ADCP Traffic SPC, SDO Siliguri, All ACPs, ICs and OC s of PSs / OPs / TGs, representatives from Fire Brigade, WBSEDCL, SMC, Pollution and other departments and members of different Puja Committees under Siliguri Police Commissionerate.
DCP HQ SPC briefed about the licensing process for obtaining online permission in detail and other important matters related to the celebration of the Durga Puja Festival 2021.
DCP Traffic SPC briefed about traffic regulations during Durga Puja 2021.
The different representatives from different departments explained the procedure to be adopted for obtaining online puja permission and the rules and regulations related to the Durga Puja festival 2021.
The representative from Technofav used a Powerpoint presentation to explain the process of Online submission of Puja application forms.
The Single window system cum help desk will be opened at Mallaguri Police lines with effect from 22/09/2021 to 04/10/21 from 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM to assist the Puja Committee members in filling up the online puja application forms.
