Siliguri: On 31.07.21 at about 9.30 pm, a team of officers and men from the Detective Department, SPC being accompanied by a police team from Pradhanagar Police Station, conducted a raid at Blue Mountain Resort, Dagapur under Pradhanagar Police Station, and found a large number of people present there partying with food and alcohol.
The police have arrested 08 male and 05 female persons from the resort for violating COVID-19 Restrictions and protocol, under the relevant sections of the DM Act.
A case under DM Act is being initiated at Pradhanagar Police Station. Necessary follow-up actions are being taken.
