Sonitpur: The campaign by the Police against illicit liquor is continuing. During the campaign against illicit liquor, the Police destroyed about 606 liters of domestic liquor. The Police seized 24 bottles of 500 ml, 12 bottles of 750 ml, 4 bottles of 180 ml, and 4 bottles of 365 ml and handed them over to the excise department. The Police said that we enforce traffic rules and from the violators on 26/12/2021 Under the Vehicle Act Rs.1, 00,000/- were collected as fines.
