Ramanathapuram, Tamil Nadu: Demonstrating keen interest in strengthening police professionalism, Ramanathapuram District Superintendent of Police Sri G. Sandeesh, IPS, personally inspected the parade training conducted at the District Armed Reserve Police Ground.
During the inspection, the SP closely observed the training sessions and appreciated the high standards of discipline, precise marching drills, and overall quality of training displayed by the police personnel. He commended the efforts of the trainers and trainees for maintaining exemplary professionalism.
The SP also interacted directly with the police personnel undergoing training, patiently listening to their grievances and requirements. He assured them of timely redressal and instructed the concerned officers to promptly address and resolve the issues raised.
Several senior Armed Reserve officers and police personnel were present on the occasion. The inspection reflects the Ramanathapuram Police leadership’s commitment to enhancing training standards, personnel welfare, and operational efficiency.
