Anakapalli, Tamil Nadu: District Superintendent of Police Shri Tuhin Sinha, I.P.S., conducted the Praja Complaints Forum (PGRS) at the District Police Office today, during which a total of 32 complaints were received from the public.
The complaints included 18 related to land excavation issues, 2 family disputes, 2 cheating cases, and 10 from other categories.
SP Tuhin Sinha personally interacted with the complainants, patiently listening to their grievances. He instructed the concerned officers to examine each complaint carefully, verify facts, and initiate legal action immediately. The SP directed that all investigations should be completed within 7 days and suitable solutions provided, with reports of the action taken to be submitted to the District Police Office.
Speaking on the occasion, the SP emphasized, “The primary duty of the police is to provide quick justice to the people. Anakapalli District Police are fully committed to resolving public issues in a lawful and time-bound manner.”
Additional SP Shri M. Deva Prasad and other officers and staff also participated in the program, reaffirming the department’s commitment to transparent and citizen-friendly policing.
