Kakinada : The District S.P. is a part of “Spandana” program, a public problem solving platform organized every Monday. Mr. M. Rabindranath Babu IPS conducted a “Spandana” program at Kakinada District Police Office. In the response program, District SP directly received the complaints from the complainants, spoke to the complainants face-to-face, heard their concerns and issued appropriate orders through direct video conference with the concerned police officers to resolve the issues promptly. Free food facility for the complainants who came to the “Spandana” program was provided by Mr. D.P.R Swamigaru, Chartered Accountant of Kakinada Rama Raopet, through Akshaya Patra Foundation.
A total of 38 complaints (Female-22 & Male-16) were received during the “Spandana” program conducted on 30.1.2023, out of which 10 were related to civil disputes, 8 were related to family quarrels and 20 were related to other issues. After thorough analysis of the said complaints, concerned circle and station officials have completed the investigation promptly and issued appropriate instructions and orders for redressal. District SP attended the program along with Additional S.P.. (Admin) Mr. P. Srinivas, Additional SP AR Mr. B. Satyanarayana, S.B. D.S.P. Mr. M. Ambika Prasad, Kakinada D.S.P. Mr. P. Muralikrishna Reddy, and several Town Inspectors, S.I. s and staff participated.
