Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh: Giving top priority to women’s safety and empowerment, the Srikakulam District Police, under the guidance of District Superintendent of Police Sri K. Maheshwara Reddy, IPS, have intensified an awareness campaign titled “Nari Shakti.”
As part of this initiative, police teams are reaching out to villages and towns across the district to raise awareness on the necessity and benefits of the Shakti app, prevention of online harassment, cyber frauds, and child marriages, as well as educating the public on laws related to women and children’s safety.
The program aims to instill confidence among women, promote vigilance in society, and strengthen community participation in building a safe environment for all.
