Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh, October 10, 2025: On the directions of District Superintendent of Police, Shri K. Maheshwara Reddy, IPS, the Srikakulam District Police have intensified patrolling and vehicle checking operations across the district to curb illegal transport activities and prevent crimes.
As part of these operations, police teams are thoroughly inspecting vehicles, passenger details, and verifying documents while maintaining heightened vigilance on suspicious movements. The initiative aims to ensure law and order, enhance public safety, and maintain visible policing throughout the district.
Beat officers have been instructed to conduct continuous beat point inspections and remain alert at temples, ATMs, and business establishments to deter any potential criminal activity. Officers have also been directed to perform regular arrest and patrol duties to strengthen public confidence and uphold safety in all localities.
