Bihar, Patna: In a joint operation, the Agamkuan Police in Patna district, with assistance from the Bihar Special Task Force (STF), successfully apprehended wanted criminal Ashiq alias Chhote Sarkar along with three accomplices from the Mehdiganj Police Station area.
During the operation, authorities recovered one country-made pistol, one country-made revolver, and four live cartridges.
Preliminary investigation confirms that Ashiq has a history of criminal activity and is listed in multiple prior cases. The arrests mark a significant breakthrough in ongoing efforts to curb organized crime in the region.
