Tuticorin: On the occasion of 65th Emmanuel Sekaran Memorial Day (11.09.2022), in Tuticorin District, District Superintendent of Police Dr. L. Balaji Saravanan IPS, 750 police including 33 Police Inspectors and Assistant Inspectors under the supervision of 7 Deputy Superintendents of Police are engaged in security. Also, 15 check posts are being set up and monitored on behalf of the police throughout Tuticorin district. District Superintendent of Police Dr. Mr. Balaji Saravanan IPS went on patrol and visited several areas in the border areas of the district including Surangudi, Vembar, Chennamarettipatti and Kodangipatti check posts to inspect the security work of the police.
