Hyderabad, Telangana: In a major administrative reshuffle, the Telangana State Government has issued transfer orders for 23 IPS officers, appointing them to key leadership positions across various departments.
Senior IPS officer Shri C.V. Anand has been appointed as Special Chief Secretary, Home Department, while Shri Sajjanar takes charge as the new Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City, entrusted with maintaining law and order in the state capital.
Smt. Shikha Goel has been posted as Director General, Vigilance and Enforcement, and Shri Nagi Reddy has been appointed as Managing Director of Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC). Shri Stephen Ravindra will serve as Principal Secretary, Utilities, and Shri Vijay Kumar assumes office as Director General, Intelligence.
Additionally, Smt. Charusinha, who is presently Additional DG, CID, has been given additional charge as Director General, Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB).
The large-scale reshuffle is aimed at strengthening governance and enhancing efficiency across policing, vigilance, transport, and intelligence wings of the state. With experienced officers taking charge of crucial responsibilities, the government expects a more robust framework of law enforcement, administration, and public service delivery in Telangana.
