Hyderabad: Police jobs notification will be released within a week in Telangana state, Finance and Health Minister Harish Rao said on Monday April 18. Today, Minister Harish Rao inaugurated training classes for Patancheru SI and Constable job seekers under the auspices of Sangareddy District Police Department in collaboration with MLA Goodem Mahipal Reddy. Speaking on the occasion, the Minister said that the notification will be issued within a week and he wants to study hard and get jobs. We are filling the vacancies in all the departments in the state.
Chief Minister KCR has increased the age limit of 3 years for police jobs as per the desire of the students. About 95 percent of jobs are created by locals. We have given 30 per cent reservation for women in police jobs which is not available anywhere in the country. There are 20,000 job vacancies including fire, forest, excise and police departments. We are going to replace a total of 91 thousand jobs this year.
This preparation is also useful for jobs that the center will release. After the formation of a separate state of Telangana, one lakh 32 thousand job posts were replaced. At present, a total of over 2 lakh jobs are expected to be filled, including those to be replaced. Minister Harish Rao said the government has decided to prepare a job calendar from next year.
