Palakkad : In Palakkad, a person hailing from Tamil Nadu, identified as Muralibabu (48) residing in Pullianthop, Chennai, has been apprehended in connection with the theft of money from a temple. Allegedly, he stole the funds from the donation box at Sri Krishna temple following a gathering. The temple authorities reported the incident to the police, leading to the subsequent arrest of the accused after an investigation. The individual was presented in court and has been detained. The arrest was carried out by a team of police officers, including Ottapalam Inspector Sujith, Sub-Inspector Praveen, SCPO Shijith, CPO Rajeev, Sajith, and Jayaraj.
