Ludhiana: The Sardar Khanna Police on getting the information about the death of Nirbhay Singh (22) has initiated a judicial enquiry into the incident. The deceased Nirbhay Singh (22) is from Libra village and lives with his family. He died under mysterious circumstances in his home while his family suspect that he might have been connected to drugs. The Sardar Khanna Police SHO Mr.Anwar Ali on getting the information about Nirbhay Singh’s death immediately reached the spot and shifted the body to Khanna civil hospital for a postmortem examination. He said that on the statement of Nirbhay’s uncle Mr. Balbir Singh the police has initiated a judicial inquiry under section 174 of the CrPC. Balbir Singh told the police that Nirbhay had a heart problem which would have been and the cause of his death would have been as a result. The police station SHO said the report of the post-mortem examination would bring to light the cause of the death which occurred around 11pm on Thursday. On the basis of the result of the report necessary action will be taken under the law.He said Nirbhay was the only son of the family, and he had four sisters, His father was already dead. ]]>
