Madurai: Mr.Chakrawarthy who belonged to Madurai lost his money on 29.11.2019 which was Rs. 4, 47500/-while he was travelling on his bike. Based on the case filed at the Thepakulam Police Station, The Inspector of police in charge of the crime Unit, Mrs. Geetha Devi, filed a case and began investigating the CCTV camera recordings in the areas that he had gone.
Following this, Boobalan from Madurai found a bag of cash lying on the road and on 03.12.2019 handed over to the Commissioner of Police, Mr. Davidson Devasirvatham I P S. In connection with this, the police are checking whether there is any case registered in any of the police stations and called for the owner of the cash bag and after due investigation handed it over to its owner.
The police commissioner also praised Boobalan, who helped to hand over money, costly goods and vital documents honestly to its rightful owner.
