Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu: A two-day shooting competition for senior police officers from Thoothukudi, Tirunelveli, Tenkasi, Kanyakumari, Tirunelveli City, and Tamil Nadu Special Police Force Battalions 9, 11, and 12 commenced today at the Vallanad Shooting Range, Thoothukudi.
The event was inaugurated by Thoothukudi District Superintendent of Police Mr. Albert John, IPS, who also actively participated in the competition.
A total of 22 senior officers, including Deputy Superintendents of Police and Additional Superintendents of Police, showcased their shooting skills on the first day of the program.
This initiative highlights the professional training, discipline, and operational readiness of Tamil Nadu Police officers.
