Siliguri: On 25.2.22 night, acting on specific input SOG of SPC with the assistance of Bhakti Nagar Police Station apprehended three persons namely Sekhawaat Biswas, Abdul, and Ashim Akram at Sahid Nagar More under Bhakti Nagar Police Station and seized 593 grams of brown sugar from their joint possession.
All three drug traffickers have been arrested and taken into custody. A specific case under the relevant sections of the NDPS Act is being initiated at Bhakti Nagar Police Station. The value of the seized Narcotics is 1 Crore 15 Lakhs.
