Vijayawada: About 3.5 kg of ganja and 8 cell phones were seized from them three persons who were in possession of Ganja.
On 29.7.2022 at midnight, Governor Peta’s in-charge female head constable Ms. Nirmalagaru and blue coat staff P.C. Ms. Seshu and H.G. Ms. Syamala Rao reached the spot and inquired about the South Division Night in Charge SI. Ms. Narayanamma, Disha informed the Police Station who immediately reached the spot and using the technology and thoroughly inspected the lodge and surrounding areas.
In this order, direction Police Station SI. Ms. Narayanamma garu used technology to monitor the suspects in the incident. In this context, on 31.7.2022 in the evening, Governor Peta S.I. was immediately informed that the accused were near the old government hospital. Mr. Fanindra along with his staff arrived at the above mentioned place and took the three persons there into custody and checked them, seized the stolen cell phones and about 3500 grams which is equal to 3.5 kilograms of ganja and registered a case against them and arrested them.
The arrested accused are Podili Venugopal Rao alias Gopi(23) s/o Venkateswara Rao, Pita Dinesh(20) s/o Ram Mohan Rao, Gummalla Manoj(20) s/o Ramakoteshwara Rao.
Disha SI handled the theft case quickly and caught 3.5 kgs of ganja by acting very cleverly. Narayanamma, Governor Peta Station WHC Ms. Nirmala, Constable Ms. Seshu and H.G. Ms. Shyamala Rao was felicitated with cash rewards by City Police Commissioner Mr. Kanti Rana Tata IPS.
In this program, city police commissioner along with D.C.P. Mr. Vishal Gunni IPS, Crime ADCP. Mrs. P. Venkataratnam Garu, South Division A.C.P. Dr. B. Ravikiran and other officials participated and felicitated them.
