Thrissur City: As part of the anti-drug campaign organized by the Thrissur City Police, the results of the reels competition for college and school students across various districts on the theme “Freedom from Drugs” have been announced. The competition received around seventy-five high-quality entries, from which our jury selected five outstanding reels for the final round. We are immensely proud of the students who participated, not only in this competition but also in other anti-drug activities, showcasing their talents through acting, singing, dancing, and diverse performances.
The results you’ve been eagerly awaiting are as follows:
1st Prize: Reel No. 5 (Drama by SN Trust High School)
2nd Prize: Reel No. 1 (M Edwin Babu, St. Thomas College, Thrissur)
3rd Prize: Reel No. 4 (Devdutt D & Gaurika Deepulal, Nirmalamata Central School)
Special Jury Award:
Reel No. 2 (Holy Family CGHS, Chembukkav)
Reel No. 3 (Govt. Higher Secondary School, Chorurthi)
Winners will be notified about the prize distribution ceremony, which will be held at the Commissioner’s office chamber. Additionally, the best reels that did not make it to the finals will be shared on social media by the City Police. Congratulations to all the winners and a heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated for their dedication and support.
