Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu: Demonstrating its commitment to the health and welfare of its force, the Tirunelveli District Police, in collaboration with Surya Hospital, organized a free medical check-up camp for police personnel at the District Armed Reserve Police complex on December 13, 2025.
Police personnel from across Tirunelveli district, along with Home Guards, actively participated in the camp. Comprehensive health screenings were conducted, including full body check-ups, blood pressure and blood sugar tests, and lung function assessments. In addition, doctors provided health awareness consultations, offering guidance on preventive care and healthy lifestyles.
The camp witnessed enthusiastic participation from police personnel and their family members, who benefited greatly from the free medical services. The initiative was widely appreciated as a positive step towards ensuring the physical well-being and readiness of police personnel, reflecting the Tirunelveli Police’s people-first and welfare-oriented approach.
