Gautam Buddh Nagar: In a significant breakthrough, the Sector-39 Noida Police Station successfully apprehended four members associated with the notorious Toofani gang. This criminal syndicate specialized in the theft of batteries from CCTV cameras strategically placed on expressways, major highways, and critical intersections during the night and early morning hours.
The diligent efforts of law enforcement led to the recovery of a substantial cache of stolen goods. Among the confiscated items were 54 pilfered batteries, as well as an assortment of illegal weapons. Additionally, the police managed to secure a Tata Ace vehicle, an e-rickshaw, an electric scooter, and various other incriminating items believed to be associated with the criminal activities of the suspects.
