Ghaziabad: Late last night in Ghaziabad, a resident of Kaila Bhatta reported that his seven-year-old niece was missing from her home under the local police station’s jurisdiction. After an extensive search, the young girl was discovered unconscious on the terrace of her maternal residence. Tragically, upon arrival at MMG Hospital, medical professionals pronounced her deceased.
As the police conducted their investigation, five individuals were interrogated, leading to the revelation that the victim’s cousin uncle lured her to an adjacent house under the false pretense of providing her with food and committed a lewd act. When the girl raised an alarm, the accused silenced her by covering her mouth, resulting in her untimely demise. The perpetrator has been apprehended, and both physical and scientific evidence are being gathered. DCP Mr. Niplin Agarwal stated that the case has been registered, and appropriate measures are being taken.
