Mavelikkara: As the world was celebrating World Environment Day, in Kerala, the Mavelikkara Police celebrated the World Environment Day in a grand manner. The Civil Police Officer Mr. Prathapan addressed the board of the police station early in the morning. All the police personal of the Mavelikkara Police station took part in the tree-planting project in the vicinity of Mavelikkara Police Station.
The Police said we can pass on the nature that our ancestors gave us. The Hon. Inspector of Police Mr.Vinoth Kumar of the Mavelikkara Police station took an active and leading role in the celebrations. Tree saplings such as anchili, aryavape, plow, pera, champ, and paddy. Station house officers Mr.Jinu and Mr.Johny PT, Civil Police officers Mr. Prathapan, Mr. Sathish amd Mr.Manoj participated in the tree plantation. The lady police personal also did the tree plantation.
