Hyderabad: TSNAB organized a Training Programme on the Forfeiture of illegally acquired properties of individuals involved in NDPS cases, in accordance with the SAFEM (FOP) Act and NDPS Act, at TSPICCC. The session was attended by Unit Police Officers and TSNAB Officers. The introductory remarks on the NDPS Act were delivered by Sri Sandeep Shandilya, IPS, Director of TSNAB, Hyderabad. Furthermore, Mrs. B. Yamuna Devi, IRS, CA & Administrator, and Mr. Shyamal Nath, IO, officers of the Competent Authority for SAFEM (FOP) Act & NDPS Act in Chennai, conducted a session that proved beneficial for combating the drug menace in Telangana State.
