Rachakonda: A Suspicious death has been confirmed as Murder by Uppal Police and has arrested the 4 main accused and one harbourer and have seized Auto, two-wheeler, (3) cell phone and a lighter which were used for commission of the offense. A case was registered at Uppal Police Station.
On the morning of 21.06.2021 on receipt of the information about a charred body of an unknown male aged about 25 years at HMDA layout, near Shilparamam the Uppal police, reached the scene and made the verification of the unknown male who was partially burnt. He was wearing an earring, a tattoo mark marks on his left hand as “BALU” “YADAIAH” and symbol of “OM” and the right hand as “BHAVANI”. The police found a plastic bottle beside the body emanating kerosene. On the complaint of M. Narender Reddy, supervisor HMDA layout resident of Vijayapuri colony, the above case was registered and investigated.
The lookout notices were circulated in the surrounding Police Stations, Commmissionerates, and other districts to find out the missing cases with the above descriptions.
The Police found one missing person with the above descriptions at Balanagar Police Station as Balraju, age: 22 years, Occ: Kirana shop worker, 1/0 IDPL colony. Balanagar, immediately by contacting the 10 and the family members of the above case the police realized that the man is missing since 5:00 PM on 20.06.2021; he went with his friends but did not return home till the date.
Basing on the technical evidence on interrogation the accused confessed to the offense. On the confession of the accused the section of the law was altered from 174 Cr.P.C. (Suspicious death) to Sec 302, 201, 212 r/w 34 IPC and sent the alteration memos to all the concerned including the Hon’ble court.
In the case of a suspicious death, even though there are no clues, efforts were made to detect the case with the assistance of IT cell and SOT under the supervision of Mr. Mahesh M. Bhagwat, IPS, ADGP, Commissioner of Police, Rachakonda, Mr. G.Sudheer Babu, IPS, Addl Commissioner of Police, Rachakonda, Mr. D.Srinivas, 1/c DCP, Malkajgiri Zone, Mr. N.Shyam Prasad Rao, ACP Malkajgini Division, Mr. N.Ch Ranga Swamy, ACP & SHO Uppal, Mr. M. Sridhar Reddy, Inspector IT cell and his team, Mr. G. Naveen, Inspector SOT Malkajgini and his team, Mr. R.Govinda Reddy, Inspector, Uppal Police Station, Mr. M.Anjaiah, SI of Police, Uppal, Mr. N.Jayaram, SI of Police, Mr. K.Mybelly, SIP, Ms. J.Chandana, SIP Mr. Hanuma Naik, ASI, Mrs. Bhagyavathi, ASI Mr. Vijay Naveen, Po. Mr. Badusha, Mr. Mahipal Reddy, Pc, Mr. Mahesh, PC, Mr. Nagaraju, PC in a short period detected and arrested the accused. The accused are being produced in the Hon’ble court.
