Siliguri: Today on 5.3.22 a Blood Donation Camp “UTSARGA”, an initiative of the Hon’ble Chief Minister West Bengal was organized by Bagdogra Police Station with the support of Desun Hospital , at the premises of Bagdogra Police Station.
The camp was inaugurated by Mr. Gaurav Sharma IPS CP Siliguri in presence of other senior officers.
All ranks of the police force and some public donated blood and many units of blood were collected and handed over to the Siliguri Terai Lions Blood Bank.
Simultaneously a free medical health checkup camp with ECG was also organized in which public and police personnel were checked by a team of doctor’s from Desun Hospital.
We will hold UTSARGA Camps every week in all our police units.We are thankful to the Management and Staff of Desun Hospital and Siliguri Terai Lions Blood Bank for their active support.
