Uttarakhand: During the Poornigiri fair, a 5-year-old child was suddenly given first aid by the State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) team when his health deteriorated near Kali Mandir, after which he was picked up 2.5 km on foot and sent to Tanakpur hospital by ambulance.
